There’s always a payment, no matter the method, whether it’s money, time or sheep. There will always be a payment made somehow.

You know, it doesn't matter what you do in life.
There are always pros and cons, there are pluses and minuses.
You have to pay for it somehow, whether it's via payment, money, sheep, time, whatever it is, you have to pay for it somehow.
And there was a Twitter conversation I was in.
This guy basically has a bunch of meetings today with Zoom and Microsoft Teams and Google and so on and so forth.
And he basically said, "How many times is it gonna take me "to change the microphone inputs?"
We've all had that issue when we go from one app to another, somehow the microphone doesn't work for some bizarre reason.
So I gave him a solution and it was basically sellotaping it together.
Now, with that sellotape, and I hate sellotaping things, I said, you know, use OBS and you should be okay for now.
He didn't wanna do that because he thought technology should work.
Well, yes, it should work, but the price you have to pay in using technology is sometimes it doesn't work and it wastes our time.
Here's a solution, you can use it for the moment.
So again, it doesn't matter what you do.
I live on the road, as you know, I live on people's couches and so on.
I'm a digital nomad and I love it, but there are pros and cons to that as well.
But the pros totally outweigh the cons.
And it's the same with this microphone thing.
The pros of having this sellotape solution, which I hate anyway, but sometimes we have to do it, would outweigh you going in and trying to change it.
Can you hear me?
Can you not hear me?
It's annoying.
So sometimes there are pros and cons and no matter what you do, you're paying for it somehow.
The question is, how much are you willing to pay for it and sacrifice to do the things that you actually want to do?
Right now, I'm loving it and I'm not sacrificing anything.
Have a great day.
I'll see you in the next one.
Ciao.
Hey Woof!, come on, let's go.
