Kia saved my day today! It was his day off, but I leave on fieldwork tomorrow and yeah yesterday my MacBook stopped functioning.
Ten this morning I left it at Kia's and tonight I collected a renovated MacBook. And all with a big smile and the time and patience a stressed untechnical user needs.
So relieved. So happy. Thanks Kia.
