Simplicity is the way to go when it comes to the Tech you use. Whether it's for personal use or if you're in a business or team. In today's episode, I go through why having more Tech would mean less output.

It's a common known fact that the more things you have, the more things go wrong, and the more it costs, and the more annoyed you get.

And, I find a lot of people... don't kind of follow that through with their technology when they're working in their business ,or in their team or, or just personally.

They.. I just find people have too much Tech.

So the less Tech you have, the less, services or applications you have, it would effectively make you do more work, without making you do more work. Does that make sense?

So the less, headaches, you have, the less things that you have to look after, the more output there is, no matter where you are, what part of your life we're talking about?

So if you have a smaller house, you tidy up less. There's less to tidy up. I should say.

If you, this sounds weird, but if you live on your own, you're cleaning up one plate. I live on my own with my dog, but. That was a weird.. That was a weird one. But I think you understand what I mean.

The less you have the less problems you have with it.

It's like... there's a saying: More Money, More Problems. I think someone.. Jay Z, I think? More Money, More Problems. And it's kind of true.

The more of anything you have, generally causes you more problems. And I would really advise you to go and check your system, you're IT. If you're working in a business check the systems that you're using with your team, the way you communicate, the way you, share, collaborate and figure out whether you can actually get rid of some of the stuff.

And I'll probably... I'll probably wager that you can get rid of quite a lot of it.

So again, less Tech, more output, more Tech, more problems. I mean, it's just obvious I think. It is to me cause I've been doing this for a long time, but I think once you realize that it would make a bit more sense.

Anyway, that's the episode today. Have a great day as always...

keep IT Simple.

I'll see you tomorrow. Ciao.
