Kia takes time to listen to your problem even before you decide to pay him a visit! A true MacJunky. ;-)‍

My problem was solved within hours. I could bring my Powerbook even in weekend hours and pick it up at a time most stores are closed.

Not being able to miss my Mac for a long time due to deadlines and other appointments he was a true lifesaver to me.‍

At regular Apple Stores, you never know when to get your apple back. Kia lets you know by phone/mail how long it might take to get it fixed.

Thanks again Kia. I hope I needn't see you for a looooong time. But if heaven forbid something crashes or get's 'downed' by another wine...‍
