It’s never a good idea to call yourself ‘lazy’, but sometimes it’s the best way to explain the way you work and how you can help your clients to become more efficient and focused.

Hi, I'm Kia

There was a period where I kept calling myself lazy, talking to clients and so on saying, well, you know, I'm lazy and I don't do that much.

And then I realised that it wasn't actually a great idea when you're trying to sell a service.

I mean, it's silly to say you're a lazy person.

And then I came across a quote, someone said it, I don't know who it was, I wish I took notes, but it was either podcasts or a video.

And they said laziness is the best ROI.

And it just completely clicked.

And it was like, you know what, that kind of describes me.

And so anyway, I stopped using the word lazy, but that quote made sense as to everything I talk about everything I do.

What I try to explain to my clients and how to get more done with less effort by simplifying everything by getting the right workflows going by making sure you write stuff down.

Making sure you have the right processes in place, making sure everything is in is organised, simplified, etc, etc.

And as I said before, I used to say to my clients, I'm the laziest person you'd meet because I only work three to four hours a day because that's all I need to do.

And the rest of the day, I do whatever.

Now, I think it's more to do with me being efficient and me trying to explain and coach my clients this rather than it being lazy.

But laziness is the best ROI kind of embodies exactly what I'm trying to do and saying get out there.

You don't need a bunch of tools, you don't need a lot of things to get your work done.

You don't need too many automations and processes and so on.

You just need to compact make everything compact, make everything just work.

I hate it when there are products that say they do what they do.

I'm going to show you this.

I just got this thing.

I don't know if you can see it in the video camera, fantastic idea.

But it's such a crap way of doing what they're doing because they have this idea and then they're trying to cram everything into it.

And then the product just doesn't work.

And it's pointless.

So being a bit more focused on what you do and how you do things basically help you become lazy.

No, not lazy, but productive.

Anyway, you can get in touch with the contact button somewhere.

Stay in touch below because I send out emails every week.

And I'll see you in the next video.

Have a great day.

Ciao.
